THE LONDA CONTINUES ITS SUCCESSFUL ‘JazzyBrunch’ SERIES ON SUNDAY 6 NOVEMBER, WITH MORE FINE JAZZ AND DELICIOUS FOOD SERVED IN CAPRICE STYLE.
The restaurant’s stunning Mediterranean setting will reverberate with the rhythms of “The Charis Ioannou Quartet” who will be performing their infectious musical jazzy style with a contemporary feel.
This time the Caprice will play host to the talent of Charis Ioannou who studied saxophone performance and jazz composition at the Berklee College of Music in Boston. He is an inspiring live performer and for Londa’s guests on Sunday 6 November, diners will enjoy the best of saxophone jazz the island has to offer. Ioannou’s quartet will further feature Marios Toumbas on Piano, Irenaeos Koullouras on Contrabass and Ioannis Vafeas on Drums.
The Caprice’s cool Italian styled interior, flanked by the tranquil blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea, is the perfect backdrop for the easy melodies of vibrant jazz sounds. November’s JazzyBrunch performance, now well into its autumn season, will inevitably wet the audience’s appetite for the exciting musical concerts and events in store during Limassol’s upcoming 2011 Jazz Festival.
