Jazzy Brunch returns to the Caprice on November 18th with talented trio, Leonid Nesterov (Piano), Andreas Rodosthenous (bass), Andreas Stefanou (drums) and their special guest saxophonist, Janis Grinberts, making more sweet music.
Take an Autumnal afternoon, add the smooth strains of live jazz, a delicious Italian lunchtime buffet and place together in the perfect setting of Londa’s Caprice restaurant; yes, Jazzy Brunch is back in Limassol on November 18th.
Accomplished jazz trio, Leonid Nesterov on piano, Andreas Stefanou on drums and Andreas Rodosthenous on bass, have invited saxophonist Janis Grinberts to join them for an afternoon of mellow music, performing in the cool Italian styled Caprice restaurant with stunning views of the shimmering blue Mediterranean Sea as the perfect backdrop.
All four jazz musicians are respected virtuoso instrumentalists and regularly perform on the European jazz circuit; Nesterov began his music career at the tender age of 8 in his home town of Indra, Latvia; Andreas Stefanou and Andreas Rodosthenous, both graduates of Rotterdam Conservatory, are two of Cyprus’ most renowned musical talents, travelling extensively to perform with celebrated artists including Nelson Faria, Kiko Freitas and Anna Ellis de Jong; and Janis Grinberts, a regular performer in jazz festivals and concerts across Europe, has been playing saxophone since he was 13, following in the footsteps of a very talented musical family (grand-father played in a big-band; father taught him saxophone at school).
The performers will bring their unique talent to the Londa for a fine afternoon of classic and contemporary jazz sounds.
General Manager of the Londa Hotel, Jochen Niemann, said “The Londa’s Caprice restaurant is the perfect setting for live jazz.
