Christmas Eve Reveillon

The ingredients of a good Christmas are really very simple; good company, smiles and love. But at Londa we want to turn your good Christmas into a great Christmas by adding the perfect blend of food, service and ambience into your mix.
So on Christmas Eve leave the pans and dishes in the kitchen and enjoy the hospitality of the Londa Christmas Eve Reveillon; a dinner of stunning dishes and melting flavours, served in the prestigious Caprice Restaurant.
To start we serve chef’s imaginative fish plate of Tuna tartar with citrus salad and salmon caviar, followed by melt-in-the-mouth black tortelli with ricotta cheese & pumpkin filling, served with parmesan and sage butter.
The fillet of duck is complimented by millefeuille vegetables, and drizzled with blackberry sauce to invigorate the palette. And for chef’s pièce de résistance, the beef fillet has a morilles mushroom sauce, spinach potato cakes, grilled asparagus and baby carrot; a dish that glows with seasonal tones. For dessert, cinnamon, walnut and raisin cake is accompanied with vanilla ice cream, flavoured with coffee mascarpone and honey sauce. Rich coffee brings this meal of five exquisite courses to an end.

Christmas Day lunch buffet

Of course, if you never want Christmas at Londa to end, you could bring the family for the most sumptuous Christmas Day buffet, set at Caprice in an atmosphere of joy and merriment.
The starters & salads comprise prosciutto with melon, smoked fish platter (salmon, trout, mackerel), buffalo mozzarella and tomatoes, Greek salad, avocado and rucola salad, beetroot salad, seafood salad, and veal terrine.
After this variety of flavours and colours, we take you on to the next stage of hot dishes and in true Italian style we start with canelloni with feta and spinach, alongside cod fish with herbs and ouzo sauce, shrimps & spinach, roast beef fillets with foie gras sauce, and marinated chicken kebab all accompanied by potato cakes, red cabbage, Brussels sprouts, and the incredible carvery of traditional whole roast turkey with traditional stuffing. A dessert buffet of sweets and pastries is finished with coffee.
