JAZZY BRUNCH RETURNS TO THE CAPRICE ON MARCH 30TH WITH TALENTED TRIO, LEONID NESTEROV (PIANO), ANDREAS STEFANOU (DRUMS), NICOLAS TRYPHONOS (BASS) AND THEIR SPECIAL GUEST SAXOPHONIST, MARIOS PAPARES, MAKING MORE SWEET MUSIC.

Take a Sunday lunchtime, add the smooth strains of live jazz, a delicious Italian buffet and place together in the perfect setting of Londa’s Caprice restaurant; yes, Jazzy Brunch is back at the Londa on March 30th.

Accomplished jazz trio, Leonid Nesterov on piano, Andreas Stefanou on drums and Nicolas Tryphonos on bass, have invited saxophonist Marios Papares to join them for an afternoon of mellow music, performing in the cool Italian styled Caprice restaurant with stunning views of the shimmering blue Mediterranean Sea as the perfect backdrop.

All four jazz musicians are respected virtuoso instrumentalists and regularly perform on the European jazz circuit. Leonid Nesterov began his music career in Latvia and has lived in Limassol since 2010; he plays with different musicians around Cyprus sharing his passion for jazz. Andreas Stefanou, graduate of Rotterdam Conservatory, is one of Cyprus’ most renowned musical talents of a new generation of jazz musicians, travelling extensively to perform with celebrated artists including Nelson Faria, Kiko Freitas and Anna Ellis de Jong. Nicolas Tryphonos was born in Limassol and studied electric bass at Nakas Conservatory in Athens, at the Conservatory of Amsterdam and of Utrecht where he graduated in Jazz double bass; he is an active musician in the music scene of Cyprus and the Netherlands. Marios Papares, also born in Limassol, studied Saxophone at Newcastle College UK and finally graduated at the European University Cyprus in Jazz Performance. He is an active musician, playing with different Cypriot musicians and participating in various musical projects in Cyprus, United Kingdom and Finland. 

The performers will bring their unique talent to the Londa for a fine afternoon of classic and contemporary jazz sounds.
