Food and fun
Seated at the award-winning Caprice restaurant, watching the lapping of the moonlit Mediterranean Sea, and served by some of the most experienced staff in Cyprus, you will feast on the gorgeous menu, specially compiled by head chef Vassos Michael for the occasion. The meal starts with Lobster medallions & smoked trout mousse with Avruga caviar and Champagne foam, and Foie gras on zucchini bread, served with pears chutney and Disaronno glacé.
Cleanse the palette with sorbet of berries, ready for main courses of red mullet fillet accompanied by Italian couscous, and crispy prosciutto, and fillet of wild boar with vegetable ratatouille and Lambrusco wine sauce.
For the sweet of tooth, dessert is a favourite of strawberry mousse in crushed nut pastry and pistachio sauce, Vassilopitta and coffee to finish.
In the party mood
Music will play throughout your meal at a chilled out tempo then at about 11pm each table receives a party bag of poppers and sparkles and all things bright to cheer in the New Year. The DJ will up the beat and you can take to the dance floor to bring in 2015 with festive fun and the party spirit.

Of course, the day itself would not be complete without a celebratory lunch with friends and family, so make your way to Londa for the New Year’s Day lunch buffet. On centre stage is the carvery of gammon steak with honey sauce, surrounded by luxurious hot dishes. Imagine the choice of the best fresh meats and fish: veal medallions Saltimbocca, mushroom risotto, grilled salmon with Mediterranean sauce, pork fillet with porcini mushroom sauce, and chicken breast with prosciutto and lemon sauce. These are all accompanied by roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables. On the cold platter are delectable platters of shrimps with cocktail sauce, Italian cold cuts, duck pâté, with Caesar salad, Greek salad, rucola and celery salad, tomato and onion salad. Round the whole meal off with the sweetest and most colourful Dessert Buffet. Who needs a turkey to be stuffed!
